Koki, un piatto del Camerun

Koki it's a plate of Camerun.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g of beans white

  • 1 litter of red oil

  • small quantiti of salt

  • 5 cubes of maggi

  • small quantiti of pepper

  • plantains big leaf

 

Preparation:

  • put the beans in water for 2 hrs for it to get soft

  • wash the beans very well

  • grian the beans until it become pest

  • put the pest in a bull and mix

  • put in the maggi and salt to get the with oil and pepper

  • mix together every until the salt and pepper and maggi is dessolve

  • put the mixture in the leaf ( plantain leaf )and put in the pot

  • put water small and after again add water. Put on fire

  • after 1 to 2 hrs remove the put from the fire and serve the food in the plate, remove the Koki from the leaf and put in the plate. Food is ready.
