Koki, un piatto del Camerun

Koki it's a plate of Camerun.
Ingredients:
-
200 g of beans white
-
1 litter of red oil
-
small quantiti of salt
-
5 cubes of maggi
-
small quantiti of pepper
-
plantains big leaf
Preparation:
-
put the beans in water for 2 hrs for it to get soft
-
wash the beans very well
-
grian the beans until it become pest
-
put the pest in a bull and mix
-
put in the maggi and salt to get the with oil and pepper
-
mix together every until the salt and pepper and maggi is dessolve
-
put the mixture in the leaf ( plantain leaf )and put in the pot
-
put water small and after again add water. Put on fire
-
after 1 to 2 hrs remove the put from the fire and serve the food in the plate, remove the Koki from the leaf and put in the plate. Food is ready.
